Alexander and his team offer a very special service to restaurants which demand flowers to look great at all times, day in day out. Last minute requests, are taken care of and in a way which least disrupts the day to day workings of the restaurant. Over Eight years ago, Alexander took over the flowers at Le Gavroche, Michel Roux JR's restaurant. The relationship between Michel, Alexander and emanuel (manager) is now very unique, not only due to a common ideal for all that is best, but due to the quality and style of arrangements of flowers, the aftercare and maintenance. Le Gavroche was the first with many more Michelin stared restaurants on their books to follow.
